Cronulla Fitness was opened 16 years ago with a strong emphasis on developing the fitness of the local community. We specialise in personalised fitness training for everyone aged 15 to 80+ years - not just in the gym, but in a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports and recreational past-times. We take great pride in our premier status in Cronulla and we guarantee you will not get a friendlier and more accommodating crew ready to help you reach your fitness goals.

First of all I would like to thank all members and staff for making me feel welcome at Cronulla Fitness . Since completing my Certificate III and IV at Tafe, I have enjoyed working with a wide range of groups and indi­viduals. Like the majority of fitness trainers out in the industry, I love what I do! Being lucky enough to have 100% job satisfac­tion is very important to me. Whether it is seeing clients drop a clothing size, increase their fitness levels, tone, bulk up, or a just a general improvement in their health, wellbeing or fitness levels. it is always great seeing their happiness when they achieve their goals. My main sporting interests are soccer, football, and swimming/surfing. I have also played at representative level in the Sutherland Shire Cricket Association. I have a keen interest in all aspects of nutrition and health and fitness related issues. I am always looking at trying out new training styles, techniques and methods.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I was stuck in a job I did not enjoy. Having a strong interest in health and nutrition, I decided to study my certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma of fitness and graduate as a personal trainer/Fitness specialist.
This decision was one of the greatest I have ever made!
Since the time I finished my studies I have been working with Cronulla Fitness. I have also worked in a variety of other environments such as outdoor fitness, boxing for fitness, running groups, boot camps and of course one-on-one Personal Training. My passion above all and the reason I am in this industry is because I genuinely enjoy getting up every day to make the positive changes to peoples lives. To me it is a real inspiration! I have an interest in all things FUN and ACTIVE. I believe enjoyment and variety is an important aspect of personal training and is my focus for all training sessions.
If you have ever contemplated or thought about personal training and wondered if it is for you, it is. Personal training is for anyone, the training and nutritional support given to you will see you achieve your health and fitness goals, whether they are big or small.

I have been part of the Cronulla Fitness team since 1997. I like the friendly atmosphere of the club and the people it attracts.  Members come in, do their thing and leave – all very relaxed. I enjoy what I do and obviously so do my clients, as many of them have been training with me for up to ten years. I have played junior state rugby union, senior local rugby and competing in outrigger canoe racing. I also offer core fitness paddle board sessions and stand up paddle surfing lessons in the waters of Cronulla.

I am a full time NSWFB fire fighter. On my days off I am at the gym, training clients or doing my own training. Qualifications: B.A. Sports Science UNSW, Cert. 1V Personal Trainer, Senior First Aid.

I am the newest staff member at Cronulla Fitness.  It is great being a part of a professional team who genuinely care about their client’s fitness and well being.I am a strong believer in the advantages of keeping a healthy balance of fitness. This balance is not only for your sporting achievements and general health but to help you maintain a motivated and positive outlook on your daily life.
I come from a wide background of sports including Rugby League, Surf Lifesaving, Boxing and Athletics. I developed a passion for the many different training practices and attitudes. This ultimately led me to what I really enjoy the most, personal training and maintaining an optimum fitness level.
Whatever your health and fitness goal is, come in to Cronulla Fitness and let me help you.
Start your weekend with some group exercise! Come and join me for an indoor Circuit Class on Saturday mornings at 7.00am - 8.00am. It is only $5 for members and $10 for non-members. A great way to get the blood pumping............

I am quite new to the Cronulla Fitness Team, but what a wonderful place to work!  Since being in the Industry, I have been lucky enough to work at a number of gyms around Australia. Cronulla Fitness definitely lives up to its reputation for being the friendliest gym in town.
I love keeping fit and strong and I love being able to help others do the same. I know that keeping fit and staying in shape can be difficult.  I believe my job is to help make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. Aside from working out in the gym, my interests include adventure racing and mountain biking.  Oh and I love throwing a frisbee around at the beach!
I am currently studying to be a Naturopath.  Once I complete my degree, I aim to work as a Naturopath and incorporate my qualifications as a Personal Trainer into my work.
