First of all I would like to thank all members and staff for making me feel welcome at Cronulla Fitness . Since completing my Certificate III and IV at Tafe, I have enjoyed working with a wide range of groups and individuals. Like the majority of fitness trainers out in the industry, I love what I do! Being lucky enough to have 100% job satisfaction is very important to me. Whether it is seeing clients drop a clothing size, increase their fitness levels, tone, bulk up, or a just a general improvement in their health, wellbeing or fitness levels. it is always great seeing their happiness when they achieve their goals.
My main sporting interests are soccer, football, and swimming/surfing. I have also played at representative level in the Sutherland Shire Cricket Association.
I have a keen interest in all aspects of nutrition and health and fitness related issues. I am always looking at trying out new training styles, techniques and methods.
If you are looking to get out of your normal routine or just want to try something different, come over and have a chat with me or book a session at reception.
Also, if you are around on a Thursday night at 6:00pm bring a friend down and try out our new outdoor group exercise sessions.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I was stuck in a job I did not enjoy. Having a strong interest in health and nutrition, I decided to study my certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma of fitness and graduate as a personal trainer/Fitness specialist.
This decision was one of the greatest I have ever made!
Since the time I finished my studies I have been working with Cronulla Fitness. I have also worked in a variety of other environments such as outdoor fitness, boxing for fitness, running groups, boot camps and of course one-on-one Personal Training.
My passion above all and the reason I am in this industry is because I genuinely enjoy getting up every day to make the positive changes to peoples lives.
To me it is a real inspiration!
I have an interest in all things FUN and ACTIVE. I believe enjoyment and variety is an important aspect of personal training and is my focus for all training sessions.
If you have ever contemplated or thought about personal training and wondered if it is for you, it is. Personal training is for anyone, the training and nutritional support given to you will see you achieve your health and fitness goals, whether they are big or small.
So come up and have a chat with me, or give Cronulla Fitness a call and we can talk about what is involved in starting your 'new you' with personal training.

I have been part of the Cronulla Fitness team since 1997. I like the friendly atmosphere of the club and the people it attracts. Members come in, do their thing and leave – all very relaxed.
I enjoy what I do and obviously so do my clients, as many of them have been training with me for up to ten years.
I have played junior state rugby union, senior local rugby and competing in outrigger canoe racing. I also offer core fitness paddle board sessions and stand up paddle surfing lessons in the waters of Cronulla.

I believe that everyone should have an opportunity to know about managing their fitness and health goals, so I chose to become involved in fitness. This was not just to learn more for my own health, but also for others, knowing that you are making a positive difference in people’s lives.
I believe a trainer is essential for proper exercise technique, correct warm up and cool downs, and most of all motivation. The key to any successful and healthy lifestyle is long-term eating habits.
I have been involved in sport all my life. My main sporting interests (past and present) are: tennis, AFL, soccer, futsal, oztag, golf, indoor cricket, body boarding and hockey.
I currently compete at an elite level on the KIA Pro Circuit and Australian Money Tournaments (level 1 national events). Played an ATP event after having two years off to do some studies.
Since pursuing tennis seriously I have:
- gained acceptance into 2003 Aus Open Juniors
- attended Lleyton Hewitt International Tennis Camp 2001
- trained with Hewitt when he was world number 1
- former attendee of NSW State Squad (Juniors)
- top 80 Aus ranking
- former top 20 Aus ranking.
My ultimate goal is to become a full time professional, touring tennis player.
