Cronulla Fitness brings Best Gym Award home to the Shire |

For the first time in history a Sutherland Shire fitness centre has been honoured as the best small gym in New South Wales.
Cronulla Fitness was presented with the “NSW Small Fitness
Business of the Year” award by industry group Fitness Australia at
their awards night on Saturday 10 October 2008 at the Sydney Tower Sky
Lounge.
This is the top accolade awarded by the fitness industry in Australia.
“In these days of intense competition within the industry, it is a
wonderful acknowledgement to be awarded with such a title,” said
Cronulla local, June Stephenson, manager of Cronulla Fitness. “We
work hard at our philosophy of being the ‘friendliest gym in
town’.”

The Running/Walking Group is back!
If you are looking for a great way to increase or add variety to your
training routine, join our outdoor exercise group on Saturday mornings
for a beachside workout. We cater for all age groups and fitness
levels. The challenge will be out there but you can take it at your own
pace. It’s fun, it’s social, it’s a great workout but it’s not a boot
camp! So do your health a favour, bring a friend or come on your own,
and get your body into better shape!
When: Sat, 7-8am
Where: Meet at gym
Who: Anyone who likes to run or walk!
Cost: $5 per session (includes drink)
