When you join us, you are a Member for as long as you want with a minimum term of only 3 months. Stay as long as you like. This is available at All-Times and Off-peak rates.
Unlimited Plus
This is our high-end elite membership which includes your own dedicated Personal Trainer as part of the package. It's for people who are serious about their fitness.
Saver
Some people like to commit to a year's membership because they know they're more likely to stick to their training. We offer a 12-month plan that saves you 10%

Saturday Morning Group Training

running_group_08_038 The best way to kick-start your weekend is to join our Saturday Morning Group.  If you are looking for a great way to increase or add something new to your training routine, join us for a variety of indoor and/or outdoor exercise every Saturday morning.

Whether it’s Beachside or in the Gym, each and every workout is fun, challenging and different.  We cater for all age groups and fitness levels so take it your own pace.

Its a fun social work-out all at the same time!  So, do your health a favour, bring a friend or come on your own, and get your body into better shape with the Friendliest Gym in Town!

When:  Saturdays  7-8am

Meet in gym (6:55am)

Diabetes Sufferers

If you are suffering from either Type 1 or 2 Diabetes, then do not be afraid to exercise. Cronulla Fitness personal trainers were among the first trainers in Australia to be trained in Diabetes Australia’s Beat It program – a training program for trainers to help people with Diabetes exercise in the most efficient and safe manner.
